I want to book a ticket

Can I reserve specific seats?

You will always be seated in the selected orange blocks indicated on the stadium map but specific seats cannot be reserved. You will receive your tickets before the match and will see exactly where you are seated!

I want to book a hotel, can I choose a room type with extra facilities (e.g. balcony, parking space)?

You cannot currently select a room type or amenities during the booking process. If you have any questions please contact us before you make your reservation and we will be happy to check if the room type has the facilities you require!

The final price is not displayed after entering the data. How can I see it?

Click on ‘confirm selection’ in the first step of your booking, after selecting the type of package and ticket. You will see the price on the right hand side if you are booking on a desktop or at the bottom of your screen if you are booking on a phone. If you don’t see the price at the bottom of your screen on your phone, click on the bar at the bottom to enlarge the screen and see more details. The price you see here is the final price.

Changes to this price will only occur if you select a different seat category in the second step of your booking, or a different hotel in the optional third step of your booking. Please note that prices may also change from day to day based on ticket demand and availability. This can also happen with official venue or club tickets.

I do not know the details of the other attendees, what should I do?

We recommend collecting and filling in all the details of the attendees.

Most tickets are not name specific. However, in Italy and France, names cannot be changed and therefore you cannot transfer the ticket to someone else. Avoid any problems and fill in the attendee details accurately.

I have booked a ticket

How and when will I receive my tickets?

Within one to three days before the match you will receive e-tickets via email. Exactly when this happens depends on when the club provides the tickets.

Can I get a refund?

All information about cancelled events, rescheduled events and COVID-19 related issues can be found on this page. If you still have questions, please let us know. We are happy to help with any problem!

It is good to know that the right of withdrawal for online purchases is not valid for travel. It is also not possible to cancel the contract for the provision of our services without a valid reason.

Can someone else take over a ticket?

In most cases this is possible as most tickets are not name-bound. Please note: In Italy and France names cannot be changed and therefore you cannot transfer the ticket to someone else.

What happens if my match is postponed or moved?

The exact date and time of the match will be confirmed approximately 6-8 weeks before the event. Dates can always change due to television rights or cup competitions. Please always double check the date of the booked event.

Weekend matches are normally played on Saturday or Sunday. In case a match is moved to that Friday or Monday, we cannot cancel the order without charging a fee. Should an event be moved two days or even weeks from the original weekend and you cannot attend, we will try to resell the tickets you have purchased.
