The Red Bull Ring, also known as the Spielberg circuit, is located near the small town of Spielberg, has been a staple in F1 history, first making its debut on the calendar in 1969 as the Österreichring. The track was shortened in 1997 and rebranded as the A1 Ring, and after a hiatus, it returned as the Red Bull Ring in 2014.
