Sports travel agency P1 Travel takes over Footballtripsonline. With this acquisition, P1 Travel strengthens its name in the travel and events world and, thanks to the broader offer, the company can meet the demand of sports fans.
Footballtripsonline was founded in 1999 and has realized around 3000 trips to large and small football clubs all over the world every year. In addition to England, Footballtripsonline also operated in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
P1 Travel is a rapidly growing name in the travel and event world. After operating business-to-business for years, they have been in the consumer market since 2019. It is the official ticket partner of the biggest football clubs and sporting events in the world, from the Premier League to the Olympic Games and from La Liga to Rugby World Cup 2023. Thanks to this broader offering of more sports, they can meet the demand of Footballtripsonline’s sports fans.
