Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello
The MotoGP Italian Grand Prix takes place at the Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello, around 30 kilometres northeast of Florence. Set in a beautiful Tuscan valley, the circuit is famous for its fast and flowing layout. One interesting fact: the track has remained virtually unchanged since it was built. Ferrari bought Mugello in 1988, and the circuit has been a permanent fixture on the MotoGP calendar since 1991. With a 1,141-metre main straight, high speeds are guaranteed.
