Wiesn Reception Hall

This is where your Oktoberfest adventure begins. Arrive at the Wiesn Reception Hall 90 minutes before the start of your beer tent time. Here we welcome you with a rousing Oktoberfest atmosphere, the best Oktoberfest hits and a Maß (1 litre of beer). This is where you check in, receive your vouchers for food and drinks, wristbands and you can freshen up again before entering the tent. Our hostesses will then guide you across the Theresienwiese to one of the 12 large beer tents and show you to your table.

Beer Tent

In the beer tent, our hostesses will bring you to your table and seat. In true Oktoberfest style, you will be seated at a table with other guests, so you will quickly socialise and enjoy a convivial evening with live bands and plenty of beer.
In the beer tent, your experience includes 2l beer and half a chicken (an Oktoberfest specialty).

Good to know: For each voucher you pay an additional €2.5 in cash to the serving staff at the table: €1.25 service charge + €1.25 tip. This applies to every beer tent and is customary/obligatory. So make sure you have enough cash with you, especially if you want to eat and drink more, as the most common means of payment in the beer tents is still cash.

After Oktoberfest Party

After your time in the beer tent is up, you will unfortunately have to leave the socialising table. If you haven’t had enough of partying, you can join us at the After Oktoberfest Party. This is just 1 minute’s walk from the Theresienwiese and doesn’t end until 04:00. Here you can dance to live bands, DJs and with over 2500 other guests in best Oktoberfest atmosphere. In contrast to the festival tents, there are no benches here and you can move freely from room to room and simply party.
