After earning promotion to Ligue 1 in 1974 the club moved into the Legendary Parc des Princes, which would serve as their home to this day. Ironically the same year PFC were relegated, up until that point it had been the home venue of PFC. The stadium has a seating capacity of 47,929 spectators and before the opening of the Stade de France in 1998, it was also the home of the French national football and rugby union teams.
