Football fans around the world are looking forward to August 14: the day the Premier League starts again. Defending champion Manchester City starts with a a top match. The team of manager Pep Guardiola opens the season visiting Tottenham Hotspur. Chelsea will first play home against Crystal Palace and Liverpool will start at Norwich City.
West Ham United and Leicester City, two impressive teams last season, will meet in the second round on August 21 in London. The week after, Liverpool will play against Chelsea on August 28 and Manchester City against Arsenal. In addition to the traditional top teams, it is always nice to discover a relatively smaller club from the inside during a match day. The Premier League welcomes three new teams this season: Norwich City, Watford and Brentford. Three unique clubs with their own identity that add something to the league.
Norwich City won the title in the Championship. Something striking about Norwich is that the club has supporter groups from all over the world. In the stands they are united. With constant vocal support they encourage their mutual love.

Brentford had to wait 74 years to play on the highest podium again. The West London club won the play-offs against Swansea City and will be playing in the Premier League for the first time. Not at the familiar Griffin Park, but in the brand new and modern Brentford Community Stadium. A new era begins for The Bees.
